Kedar Jadhav

Kedar Mahadev Jadhav, born on March 26, 1985, is an Indian cricketer with a significant presence in both domestic and international cricket. He hails from Pune, Maharashtra, and is recognized for his versatility as a right-hand batter, occasional wicket-keeper, and right-arm off-spin bowler. Jadhav has represented Maharashtra, Kolhapur Tuskers, and Royal Challengers Bangalore in domestic cricket, as well as several IPL franchises including Chennai Super Kings, Sunrisers Hyderabad, Delhi Daredevils, and Kochi Tuskers Kerala.

Jadhav’s cricket journey began with his selection in the Indian national cricket team. He made his One Day International (ODI) debut against Sri Lanka in November 2014 and his T20I debut against Zimbabwe in July 2015. He gained recognition for his performances and was even ranked seventh in The Times of India’s Top 20 Most Desirable Men of Maharashtra in 2017.

In domestic cricket, Jadhav’s career highlights include his remarkable performances for Maharashtra in the Ranji Trophy. He achieved a triple century, scoring 327 runs, and played a significant role in Maharashtra’s journey to the Ranji Trophy final during the 2013-14 season. He has also been a part of India A and West Zone cricket teams.

Jadhav’s international career has been marked by notable contributions, including his maiden ODI century against Zimbabwe and impactful performances against England in 2017. He played a crucial role in India’s Champions Trophy campaign in 2017 and was named in India’s squad for the 2019 Cricket World Cup.

In the Indian Premier League, Jadhav’s journey has seen him representing various franchises. He initially made his mark with Delhi Daredevils and later became a part of teams like Kochi Tuskers Kerala, Royal Challengers Bangalore, and Chennai Super Kings. He even played for Sunrisers Hyderabad in the 2021 IPL.
