Ankita Lokhande is an Indian actress who works in Hindi television and films. She is known for her roles in the television series Pavitra Rishta (2009–2014) and Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi (2019).

Lokhande was born on 19 December 1984 in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. She completed her schooling from St. Joseph’s Convent, Indore. She started her career as a model and appeared in several commercials. She made her television debut in 2009 with the show Pavitra Rishta. She played the role of Archana Deshmukh, a young woman who is trying to find her place in the world. The show was a huge success and Ankita Lokhande became a household name. She won several awards for her performance, including the Indian Telly Award for Best Actress (Popular).

In 2019, Ankita Lokhande made her film debut with Kangana Ranaut’s Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi. She played the role of Jhalkari Bai, a warrior who fought for the freedom of India. The film was a commercial success and Ankita Lokhande’s performance was praised by critics.
