Eisha Singh was born on 24 December 1998 in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. She completed her schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya, Sultanpur, Madhya Pradesh. She is a graduate in Mass Communication from the Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan’s Adarsh Vidya Mandir College, Bhopal.

Eisha Singh started her career as a child artist in 2012 with the television show Devon Ke Dev Mahadev. She played the role of young Parvati in the show. In 2015, she joined the cast of Ishq Ka Rang Safed and played the role of Dhaani Awasthi. She was a part of the show for two years and her performance was praised by critics and audiences alike.

In 2017, Eisha Singh bagged the lead role of Zara Siddiqui in the Zee TV show Ishq Subhan Allah. She played the role of a Muslim girl who falls in love with a Hindu boy. She was a part of the show for three years and her performance was praised by critics and audiences alike.
