Shriya Saran, born on September 11, 1982, is an Indian actress and model who primarily works in the Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi film industries. She hails from Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.

 

Shriya Saran made her acting debut in 2001 with the Telugu film “Ishtam” and gained recognition for her role in the film “Santhosham” (2002). She then appeared in several Telugu films, including “Tagore” (2003), “Chatrapathi” (2005), and “Manam” (2014). She has also acted in Tamil films like “Mazhai” (2005), “Sivaji” (2007), and “Kanthaswamy” (2009).

 

In addition to Telugu and Tamil films, Shriya Saran has also worked in Hindi cinema. She made her Bollywood debut with the film “Tujhe Meri Kasam” (2003) and went on to star in movies such as “Awarapan” (2007), “Mission Istanbul” (2008), and “Drishyam” (2015).
