Tulsi Kumar Playback Female Singer Tulsi Kumar Dua, known as Tulsi Kumar, is an Indian playback singer, radio jockey, musician, and actress in the Bollywood industry. She was born to Gulshan Kumar, a renowned singer and the owner of T-Series, and Sudesh Kumari. Tulsi Kumar is the sister of film producer Bhushan Kumar and actress Khushali Kumar.   In addition to her work in the Bollywood industry, Tulsi Kumar owns Kids Hut, a YouTube channel under the T-Series label that features children’s content such as nursery rhymes and stories. Tulsi Kumar released her debut album, “Love ho Jaaye,” in 2009, which included a music video for the title track. She gained recognition for her songs “Mujhe Teri” from the movie Paathshaala and “Tum Jo Aaye” from Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai.   Throughout her career, Tulsi Kumar has sung popular tracks such as “Mainu Ishq Da Lagya Rog,” which featured her sister Khushali in her screen debut. She has also collaborated with other artists on songs like “Soch Na Sake,” “Sanam Re,” “Nachange Sari Raat,” “Ishq Di Latt,” “Salamat,” “Dekh Lena,” “Wajah Tum Ho,” “Dil Ke Pass,” “Dil Mein Chupa Lunga,” and “Enni Soni” with Guru Randhawa.   During the COVID-19 lockdown in 2020, Tulsi Kumar released several songs, including collaborations with Darshan Raval on “Tere Naal” and Millind Gaba on “Naam.” Her single “Tanhaai” became a blockbuster hit, amassing over 110 million views on YouTube.   In 2021, Tulsi Kumar released the single “Pehle Pyaar Ka Pehla Gham” with Jubin Nautiyal, featuring her sister Khushali and Parth Samthaan in the music video. She also released “Main Jis Din Bhula Doon” with Nautiyal, featuring Himansh Kohli and Sneha Namanandi. Tulsi Kumar has received several accolades for her work, including the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) award for Best Female Playback Singer in 2017 for the song “Soch Na Sake” and the Mirchi Music Award for Listener’s Choice Song of the Year in 2017 for the same song.
